June has just flown by for us so I will do my best to catch you guys up...
My mom came up to visit on June 9th and we had a great time! Parker loves his Nana and was so excited to see her. He was showing off the entire time she was here! We had so much fun. We did some shopping, took her to the local farmers markets and intended on lots of walks and swim time with the little guy, but the weather was so gross the majority of the time she was in town. We cannot wait for her to come back later this summer!!
While she was here she offered to babysit so Wayne and I could get out, she actually wanted us to go out every night. One night we took her up on it and went to a nice dinner and a movie. It was such a good time and SO needed. We do not have any family here and have not really found a sitter. So this was our first date night in 6 months. I am going to stop being such a control freak and let someone babysit soon. My OB actually gave me the numbers of his daughters, so I plan to call them soon!
On the 14th we packed up and Mom, P and I headed to Houston!! It was also my parents 36th wedding anniversary!! Last time we flew Park was sooo good. This flight he decided everyone on the flight wanted to hear him scream for 3 hours!! So glad my Mom was with me and I was not alone. I have never been so excited to get off a plane!!
Our week in Houston flew by. We did get to enjoy a date night with Tiffanie and Preston and Breann and Logan. So fun to see these girls and see all of our little men together!! Still aggrivated that not one of us thought to take some pics!!
On the 16th we celebrated my moms birthday!! So fun to be in town for this...I cannot remember the last time I was actually in Houston for her birthday! Wayne got in town that afternoon and was there to celebrate with us!

The next morning Wayne and I packed up and headed to Livingston for my best friends BIG DAY!!! It was such a wonderful weekend!! Makes me so happy to see someone I love so much marry such a great guy...how beautiful are they??
The weekend was so much fun and it was so great to catch up with some many friends I have not seen in so long!!

Sunday morning after the wedding we got up very slowy as we had not partied like that in a while and headed back to Houston to see our baby boy and celebrate Wayne's first Father's Day!!
Since it would have been too difficult to travel with his gift to and from Texas...this is how I decided to let him know what he was getting! I put this photo I created on Picnik in his card!

He was so excited!!
I think he had a great day! We spent it with my parents, my sister and her boyfriend, and her boyfriends family. We had grilled fish, fish tacos, grilled shrimp and boiled shrimp. It was a fiest and oh so delicious!! Dont find much of that goodness up here!!
We headed back to PA Monday and I took the week to be lazy, cuddle with my little man and to get caught up on housework and laundry. Oh and of course on our flight back home with daddy Park was an angel and slept the entire flight...go figure!
Now we are just preparing for the holiday weekend and finishing up some shopping to prepare for our trip to Cayman! We leave next Saturday and I cannot wait!!
Hopefully I will be a little bit better about blogging in July...but no promises!!
